In 2007 HotSeat Chassis, Inc. partnered with MADD for an all new field program that helped demonstrate the effects of driving under the influence of alcohol. Teens were able to test drive a car in the HotSeat using specialized glasses that simulate the effects of alcohol on a drivers judgement and reaction times.

Following the success of that program comes the ALL NEW HotSeat's Defensive Driving Program. The object of the study is to delivery a statistically favored team after taking our course. This 3 year pilot program will teach teens panic braking, emergency lane change, skid recovery, smooth driving thru cones and more. Also, users will get 4 hours of in-car practice on a closed course with a trained instructor. Car physics lessons will be demonstrated using slot cars and the HotSeat racing simulators. 8 weeks, 2x per week for 1 hour (16 total hrs). This program will be offered in the Mount Kisco area beginning in this fall in association with the Northern Westchester Hospital located in Mount Kisco, NY.
